Lois was amazing! Really spend time listening and asked great questions and I have the best cut I’ve had in years! The salad is lovely with so many nice touches to feel luxurious without being super expensive.

I’m growing out a terrible haircut (from another salon) and she recommended just not cutting much, shaping it up and letting the too-short layers grow in before she could give me the cut I want.
